装载机转向系统如何调整？

装载机工作时间长了之后，转向系统难免出现一些偏差，此时应该将山东装载机放在平整路面上，快速原地空载转向。如果左右转向的时间差超过0.3S，则证明山东装载机的转向系统出现问题，需要按以下步骤进行调整。

1、将装载机流量放大阀端盖拆下，增加调整垫片可使右转向时间减少及左转向时间增加，减少调整垫片其结果相反；

2、增加或减少装载机两个0.25mm的调整垫片可使转向时间变化0.1S，调整后将端盖装好。
